Enabling Cookies in Internet Explorer 6.0

Please follow the steps below carefully. These steps could easily work for other versions of Internet Explorer.

If you're not using Internet Explorer, please stop reading here and let me know what you are using for your web browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer, let's try the following:

Start up IE
Go to the Tools menu at the top of IE.
Select "Internet Options..." from that menu.
Click on the "Privacy" tab at the top of the Internet Options dialog.
In the "Web Sites" section of that tab, it should say "To override cookie handling for individual Web sites, click the Edit button." So, let's click the Edit... button in that section.
You should now have the "Per Site Privacy Actions" dialog up. In the "Address of Web site" text field, enter in "conceptkeys.com" (no quotes).
Click the "Allow" button to the right of the text field.
In the list of "Managed Web sites" you should now see "conceptkeys.com" listed with a setting of "Always Allow".
Click OK for the "Per Site Privacy Actions" dialog.
Click OK for the "Internet Options" dialog.

Once you have done the above, please try logging into the website again via the following URL:

http://www.conceptkeys.com/account/myhome-current.php

One additional thing to note is your email address and password should be entered *exactly* as you have in your email. Remember, your password is case-sensitive.
